First of all I just want to make it clear that I am not here to insult any person. When I bought the system 2 months ago I was promised a substantial consistant profit with minimal or no risk.At first when I was given the demo it looked very good and I was interested from the start. But the truth is when jou start betting your own hard earned money the scene changes very quickly. After buying the system I decided to test it for a few weeks without betting live.I then realised that the risk is very high and you could lose a lot (10 000 - 20 000) of money every day in a very short space of time.It then struck me that I was conned into buying something that was no more than a program betting on favourites and the chances of losing was great.

All I want to tell people that are interested in buying this system is that you should do your homework properly and let the sales people phoning you do at least 20 races in the demo to see how this really works.Or maybe ask to use the program for a week or two and you will get a whole other picture of this. Please do all of this BEFORE you pay any money over to them cause once you do you can kiss your money goodbye.

It is also funny that according to SARS (The South AfricanRevenue Service( that this company shows no trading as to their VAT Retrurns. It is also funny that according to CIPro tHE CEO ID Number end 0000 000

Funny that I was at their offices for training, and the program still does not work as promised

Just a quick reply regarding the above posting, and a general comment I am a registered Tax Practitioner with SARS my practice number is PR3D1D3F1, you can call SAR's call centre to check the number, first of all the comments made above to my knowledge is untrue, did you check with SARS re there registration number if you did then you will pick up that indeed there are VAT Returns issued/recieved for that specified company. CIPRO's database works on a identification basis under no circumstances will you be allowed to enter a ID number with 000 000 as continous digits, as the program works in the same way as the Department of Home Affairs and is linked directly to the Department of Trade and Industry, in fact CIPRO is the DTI.

I would go and recheck the information you have supplied and I would be careful in starting to mention places like SARS and CIPRO without valid proof, because in essence you are saying that both organizations have been lax in their approach and dealings by letting this slip through.

Hi guys , I got an email back from 3rd Degree. They have received other complaints about intellivest but need more stories from people that have been scammed. They also have a few taped conversation between the salesmen and clients , which , from what I understand is very interesting. If you have similar evidence just mention it in your email along with the full story of what happend , how much money you lost and what was promised to you.

If we all stand together we can bring these criminals down.Send all stories to :

JonathanH@webmail.co.za

PS : You don't have to include your name if you don't want to.

"Don't let them catch you saying that this web site is their competition trying to get back at them. You are welcome to come and test the program in person before buying. It does not work!! Contact me at jsbtron@hotmail.com for an appointment and to look at the papers."
I am busy budgeting for all I will do to re invest my daily income from the program! Unfortunately I was caught by the carrot of the discount and paid a deposit. From what I have learnt I wiil have to fight to get this back.

As a tax practitioner you would know that a practice number alone has no verification value.

"Its funny that everyone is complaining I wrote a mail and a post to the creator of this wiki allan99 and geuss what my comments have'nt been loaded due to the fact that they are positive. I personally have not had any problems with the program and to my knowledge and my bank account it does exactly as I was expecting.
At first I was losing constantly until I phoned the customer support, when i told them that I would like to come into their offces fro a training session they were more then willing to assist me. So in answer to the people asking if anyone has been to their offices the answer is yes I have been.
I bought the ISIS program from them, 2 years ago and went into their offices for a training session, I just upgraded to their new program STS, and it is working well for me and my father and I have not hesitated.
This wiki is written by a pissed off person who has, no concept as how to work the program and personally i would suggest that before you fault the program you should maybe get some more training. Over and above that in answer to some of the other questions I have been to their offices twice in 2 years and lo and behold they are still in the same office block on the same floor as they were then, so I tend not to believe you when you say that you have sent them a summons.
If you want more info regarding the program from a user and you want me to show you stats then you are wlcome to mail me. over and above that all I can say is that neither my father nor I have had any problems with the program and the staff have always been efficient in helping me when I needed help. So if you want a honest opinion then drop me a mail shalaneroberts@gmail.com"
The physical address would be of more of value than your words.

Hi all here is some worthwhile info i would like to share with you, On 20 December 2004 certain business practices by marketers or sellers of speculative software were declared an unfair business practice by Minister Mandisi Mpahlwa in Government Gazette Notice 27313 of 2005 in terms of section 12(6) of the Consumer Affairs (Unfair Business Practices) Act 71 of 1988.

An infringement of an order by the Minister is a criminal offence, punishable by a fine not exceeding R200 000 or imprisonment for a period not exceeding five years or both a fine and imprisonment.

I have done some investigation myself into this corrupt scam, there offices are situated at 66 Strand street, they are on the 4th and 9th floors of the Strand towers building, I would like to meet like minded people regarding this company as i have some valuable information to share with you like names and other business ventures they are entering into or have entered into. It is time that they get brought to book I have located 3 previous employees of the business and trust me there is some very useful information, that I have attained which constitutes fraud on there behalf. They have pulled millions of rands out of the South African public and it is time we hit back hard.

The reason why I say that we should all get together is that they no doubtably monitor this forum, and they do not need to know what we are planning.

I got fooled by the same guys , they have no direct answers and when you ask to test the program for a week before buying they refuse.

I spoke to Corrie and the main conman John Sharpe. From what I have learned (After buying the piece of shit) is that they were operating in Australia until things go a little hot and then decided to come and steal money in SA.

I tested the program for nearly 3 month's and newer made any profit.

Month 1 - R -34 567.98

Month 2 - R -26 124.60

Month 3 - R -18 987.23

Total Loss - R 79 679.81

I've spoken to a lot of people that are involved in horse racing and a mathematician and the system can't work.

The win amounts are small and the losses are huge.

I see they have changed their website again , it now is www.ibsgroup.co.za

John Sharpe also told me that all the well known trainers and owners know him well. After getting conned I spoke to a lot of trainers and nobody has ever heard of this inbred Aussie idiot.

LET'S ALL SET UP A COMPANY THAT SELLS ROULETTE BEATING SOFTWARE. WE WILL ALL CLAIM ON THE INTERNET THAT IT WORKS WELL FOR US, AND SELL IT FOR AN OVERPRICED VALUE THAT WILL REALLY CONFUSE PEOPLE. THEN, WE MUST MAKE SURE THAT THERE IS NO PROGRAM HELP OR DOCUMENTATION, AND OFFER FREE TELEPHONIC TRAINING. THIS WAY THERE IS NO EVIDENCE THAT A PERSON CAN FOLLOW TO DISPUTE OUR METHODS SCIENTIFICALLY SO THAT THE LAW CAN DECIDE WHETHER WE CAN TRADE.

WE MUST INCLUDE SIGNUP CLAUSES SO BINDING THAT IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO DISPUTE THE REASONS WHY WE REFUSE TO RELEASE THEIR MONEY IF THEY DO NOT WANT TO KEEP THE SOFTWARE.

EVEN THOUGH IT IS UNPROVEN AND CONTROVERSIAL, WE MUST NOT OFFER THE PUBLIC A 90-DAY REFUND POLICY, AS IS THE NORM WITH REPUTABLE SOFTWARE RESELLERS SUCH AS CLICKBANK., PAYPAL ETC.

WE MUST NOT HAVE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS FOR OUR PTY (LTD) BUSINESS. WE DO NOT WANT PEOPLE TO BE ABLE TO FIND US.

THIS OPERATION HAS BEEN REPORTED AS A SCAM AROUND THE WORLD, AND NOW SOUTH AFRICA. THE MANAGER OF THE COMPANY IN CAPE TOWN IS, COINCIDENTALLY, AN AUSTRALIAN.

MATHEMATICALLY, THIS SYSTEM CANNOT WORK. IT WORKS THE SAME WAY AS DOUBLING UP, TRIPLING UP.. QUINTUPLING UP IN ROULETTE. IN OTHER WORDS, IT WILL MAKE YOU MONEY FOR A PERIOD OF TIME, BUT SOON OR LATER, MATHEMATICALLY AND IN REAL LIFE, YOU WILL RUN INTO A SERIES OF LOSSES THAT WILL COST TOO MUCH FOR YOU TO COVER, IF INDEED THE WIN POOL IS LARGE ENOUGH TO ACCEPT YOUR BET WITHOUT IT DRAMATICALLY ALTERING THE PAYOUT AS IS MOST LIKELY CONSIDERING THE SIZE OF THE AVERAGE POOL.

IF YOU PERSIST IN USING THIS TYPE OF METHOD OR SYSTEM OVER A LONG PERIOD OF TIME, YOU WILL ULTIMATELY RUN INTO A SERIES OF LOSSES THAT WILL WIPE OUT YOUR RESOURCES.
